2CY Pressure Boosting Gear Oil Pump

The 2CY gear pump is suitable for conveying lubricating oils without solid particles and fibers, non-corrosive, with a temperature not exceeding 80°C, and a viscosity of 5×10⁻⁶ to 1.5×10⁻³ m²/s (5-1500 cSt), or other liquids with properties similar to lubricating oil, as well as for use in hydraulic transmission systems.

Another primary application of the 2CY gear pump is as a heavy oil injection pump in asphalt mixing plants. It has been widely configured in numerous asphalt mixing plants and has received widespread acclaim from users.

Structural Features

The 2CY gear pump mainly consists of gears, shafts, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeves, and shaft end seals. The gears undergo nitriding treatment, providing high hardness and wear resistance. They operate within replaceable shaft sleeves along with the shafts. Lubrication of all internal components is automatically achieved using the conveyed medium during pump operation.

The four bearing sleeves inside the pump are installed with floating support, automatically adjusting the end face clearance according to the working pressure. As a result, the pump maintains stable pressure, minimal output flow pulsation, and high volumetric efficiency.

When viewed from the extended end of the main shaft, the rotation is clockwise.
